43 year old female who was referred after completion of orthodontics for veneers of her upper anterior teeth. As part of our treatment recommendations, she underwent esthetic crown lengthening followed by porcelain veneers for her eight front teeth.
50 year old female presented with provisional bridge during orthodontics. She was unhappy with the esthetics of her previous dentistry. This natural tooth bridge replaces both the three front teeth and utilizes pink porcelain to replace the gum tissue defect.
53 y/o female with a complete upper denture and several areas of decay on the lower arch. She subsequently underwent placement of six upper implants, bone grafting with bone marrow aspirate, and two lower posterior implants. Her final prosthesis is a screw retained pekkton frame on six implants with individual porcelain crowns and pink composite. A prosthesis such as this is an excellent choice for those looking for a fixed option which is removed only by our skilled team in the office during routine maintenance. The patient finished off her treatment with a combination of porcelain and zirconia crowns along the lower arch.
40 year old female who presented for new crowns of her central incisor and lateral incisor. When she was 24 she crashed while white water rafting and broke her front tooth. She was not happy with how her crowns looked different from her natural teeth and sought our office for an evaluation. Dr. Tindal first modified the gum tissue levels with a laser. He then created porcelain restorations by hand-stacking porcelain in our in-house lab.
Mrs. K was referred to our office for new dentures. She had all of her teeth removed at age 25 and had been in complete dentures since that time. In 2001, she had dental implants placed for a new lower denture, however, it was ill fitting and uncomfortable. Dr. Tindal used her four lower implants and fabricated a pekkton acrylic lower overdenture with a complete acrylic upper denture.
